Cancelling
You can cancel Premium at any time, from Settings in the app or through the billing portal linked there. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and Premium keeps working until that period runs out.
Nothing is deleted when Premium ends. Your account, your scores and your history stay exactly as they are — you go back to the free daily allowance.
The first fourteen days
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have fourteen days from the day you subscribe to change your mind and get a full refund, without giving a reason.
Write to us through the contact form at viewclash.com/contact within those fourteen days and say you are withdrawing. We do not require you to have stopped playing, and we do not reduce the refund for games you played in the meantime.
After fourteen days
Outside that window we do not routinely refund part-used subscription periods, because the service was available to you for the whole of it.
We do refund where the service did not work — a long outage, being charged twice, being charged after cancelling, or Premium not unlocking when you paid for it. Write to us and describe what happened; we would rather refund an honest complaint than argue about it.
We also refund the most recent payment when someone under 18 bought Premium without a parent's or guardian's permission, or when we close an account because its player is under 16; the Age Policy explains both.
How a refund reaches you
Paddle is the seller of record for View Clash, so refunds are issued through Paddle to the payment method you used. They usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
Paddle can also be contacted directly about a charge, and their receipts carry a link for exactly that.
If we stop the service
If we shut View Clash down while you have paid for a period that has not finished, we refund the part you did not get.
